Abstract
A power management circuit includes: a direct current voltage converter configured to generate an output voltage based on a first input voltage and to output the output voltage to an output node; and a feedback circuit configured to generate a feedback signal based on the output voltage output to the output node. The feedback circuit may include: an amplifier configured to compare a second input voltage supplied to a first input terminal and a voltage supplied to a second input terminal and to output a first comparison signal; a feedback signal output circuit configured to output a feedback signal based on the first comparison signal; and a resistance control circuit electrically connected between the first input terminal and the output node. The resistance control circuit may be configured to adjust a resistance value between the first input terminal and the output node based on a safe mode signal.
