Abstract
Disclosed are an acceleration device architecture for near I/O pipeline computing and an AI acceleration system. A multi-channel direct access module includes N DRAM controllers connected to DRAMs in one-to-one correspondence; each DRAM controller is connected to at least K DMA controllers and connected to a corresponding core cluster by the DMA controllers; a pipeline synchronous loop is connected to N core clusters and includes M cascaded forward steps and M cascaded backward steps, and the forward step at a head end and the forward step at a tail end are connected to a receiver and a sender, respectively; an output of the forward step at the tail end is cascaded with a first backward step; an iforward step and an M−ibackward step correspond to each other and are jointly connected to at least one computing core group.
