Abstract
The present disclosure describes a sealing assembly () for sealing a shaft () passage opening () comprising: a rotatable motor shaft () with at least one bearing () which is supported by at least one bearing support (), a motor plate () with a passage opening () for the motor shaft () with the at least one bearing (), a seal () having a first scaling portion () and a second scaling portion (), wherein the first sealing portion () is arranged between at least a portion of an outer peripheral surface of the at least one bearing () and a portion of the bearing support (); and the second scaling portion () extends radially outwardly in a direction away from the motor shaft () and is fixed against radial and axial displacements on the motor plate () by fixing means, wherein the second sealing portion () is spaced from an edge of the passage opening ().
