Abstract
A rail vehicle tilting system, comprising a controller (), a high-pressure air cylinder (), a left side air spring (), a right side air spring (), a left side additional air chamber (), a right side additional air chamber (), a first three-position electromagnetic proportional flow valve (), a second three-position electromagnetic proportional flow valve (), a sensor, a differential pressure valve () and a two-position switch valve (). The left side air spring () is in communication with the left side additional air chamber (); the right side air spring () is in communication with the right side additional air chamber (); the sensor is used for collecting data of a rail vehicle during running, and transmitting the collected data to the controller (); the controller () controls, according to data collected by the sensor, the first three-position electromagnetic proportional flow valve () and the second three-position electromagnetic proportional flow valve (); the differential pressure valve () is used for enabling the left side additional air chamber () to be in communication with the right side additional air chamber (); and the two-position switch valve () is respectively in communication with the left side additional air chamber () and the right side additional air chamber () by means of pipelines. Also disclosed are a rail vehicle tilting control method and a rail vehicle.
