Abstract
A method of adjusting a length of a first strut coupled to a support beam and an interface frame to adjust a first angle between the interface frame and the support beam. A method of adjusting a second angle between the support beam and the base frame with at least one of: an auxiliary support beam coupled to the support beam or the base frame, or a second strut with an adjustable length coupled to the support beam and the base frame. The second angle is adjusted to be less than the first angle such that the interface frame and the base frame define a decline angle. Adjusting the first angle and the second angle manipulates a height and an orientation of the interface frame with respect to the base frame.
