Abstract

A wireless communication apparatus including a first communication module configured to use a first communication network that is a cellular communication network and a second communication module configured to use a second communication network that is a communication network other than the cellular communication network, determines which of the first communication network and the second communication network is to be used to perform communication, based on a sign of departure of a vehicle.
