Abstract
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, a configuration of one or more conditional handover conditions associated with a first candidate cell. The UE may receive an indication of an operating mode associated with the first candidate cell. The UE may perform a conditional handover procedure based at least in part on the configuration of the one or more conditional handover conditions and the indication of the operating mode associated with the first candidate cell.
