Abstract
A multimodal integrated circuit for use in unbreakable cryptography has a chip substrate and a memory positioned on the chip substrate. Unauthorized access of key bits stored on the memory is prevented. An encryption device for use in cryptography has a truly random number generator (TRNG) stored on a non-transitory memory. At least a first and second encryption modules have a memory for key storage. The first key bits generated with the first TRNG are stored on the memories of the first and second encryption modules. Source data is decrypted or encrypted with the first key bits stored on the first and second encryption modules.
