Abstract
Semisolid supplement compositions are disclosed comprising at least one non-ester nitrate compound and at least one isolated amino acid compound. The at least one isolated amino acid compound is a separate compound than the at least one non-ester nitrate compound. The composition contains at least about 0.05625 mg nitrate ion (NO).
