A tablet cassette () includes a tablet container () storing a tablet and a rotor () rotatably accommodated in the tablet container. The rotor () has a tablet guide path () for guiding the tablet of the tablet container () to a tablet discharge hole () of the tablet container () and an adjusting part () capable of adjusting dimensions of the tablet guide path ().
