Abstract

A display panel may include a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in pixel lines and pixel columns. The pixel lines may extend along a first direction. The pixel columns may extend along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Each pixel may include first, second, third and fourth sub-pixels adjacent to each other and configured to emit light having different colors. Each sub-pixel may include a pixel circuit and an emission region connected to the pixel circuit. When viewed in the second direction, the pixel circuit of each sub-pixel of a pixel column is disposed below the corresponding emission region, and the pixel circuit of each sub-pixel of an adjacent pixel column is disposed above the corresponding emission region. A display device including a display panel is also disclosed.
