The embodiment of the present invention involves: according to first information, determining not to perform listen before talk (LBT) detection and/or resource transmission, or determining to perform LBT detection and/or resource transmission for a first resource, wherein the first information is used for indicating at least one of the following: a second resource, performing LBT detection and/or resource transmission, and not performing LBT detection and/or resource transmission.
