Abstract
A user equipment for wireless communications is provided. The user equipment includes a transmitter and a receiver. A first resource pool includes a first plurality of resources for transmission. A second resource pool includes a second plurality of resources for transmission. The second resource pool configuration is different from the first resource pool configuration or is equal to the first resource pool configuration. The transmitter is configured to transmit a first critical communication notification being a first message in the first resource pool, wherein the first critical communication notification indicates that a second message is to be transmitted in the second resource pool. Moreover, the transmitter is configured to transmit the second message in the second resource pool after transmitting the first critical communication notification or at a same time when transmitting the first critical communication notification. Moreover, a third resource pool and a fourth resource pool is provided.
