Abstract
A carrier switching transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal and a network-side device are provided. The method includes: when a plurality of physical uplink control channels PUCCHs transmitted on a first carrier needs to do carrier switching and all of the plurality of PUCCHs are determined to be transmitted in a first time unit on a second carrier after the carrier switching, sending by a terminal one or more PUCCHs in the first time unit on the second carrier according to a first rule after the carrier switching, wherein the plurality of PUCCHs does not overlap in a time domain on the first carrier. PUCCH transmission may be implemented through PUCCH carrier switching.
