Abstract
An electrophoresis device is used to separate a biological substance using a separation medium. A recovery hole configured to recover the separated target biological substance is formed in an electrophoresis device, the recovery hole is configured to be capable of accommodating a solvent that can suspend the target biological substance, a buffer tank configured to accommodate a buffer solution is provided below the recovery hole, and a membrane is disposed between the recovery hole and the buffer tank.
