Abstract

An air intake system () for a heating and ventilation air conditioner of a vehicle, comprising an air intake housing (); a volute (), a fan assembly () being accommodated in the volute () and being used for sucking airflow (F) such that the airflow (F) enters the volute () through the air intake housing (); and a filter () that is arranged adjacent to an air inlet () of the volute () and is used for filtering the airflow (F). The volute () is provided with a supporting portion () protruding from the air inlet () by a predetermined height so as to support the filter (), the supporting portion () is connected to the air inlet () by means of connecting ribs (), and corners between the connecting ribs () and the air inlet () are smooth transition portions.
