Abstract
A flexible perovskite LED (PeLED) device that includes a flexible PDMS substrate, a PEO-modified PEDOT:PSS transparent anode, a (CHNHPbBr)/PEO composite emissive layer, a PEI buffer layer, and an AgNW cathode is disclosed. Methods of producing the PeLED are disclosed that include printing all layers under atmospheric conditions using a printing device to pattern an anode ink, a perovskite ink, a buffer polymer ink, and a cathode ink, with each layer annealed on-site at temperatures sufficient to evaporate the solvents in each ink.
