Abstract

A terminal apparatus () according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a data processing unit () and a wireless signal processing unit (). The data processing unit () generates a first frame including a requirement related to a latency during data communication and inquiring a base station () whether communication that satisfies the requirement is possible. The wireless signal processing unit () transmits the first frame.
