Abstract
A radio communication node (B) includes a cell information acquiring unit () that acquires a subcarrier interval to be set and a frequency range to be used; and a control unit () that sets a reference additional time included in a time difference from transmission in a serving cell to reception in the radio communication node and the granularity applied to the reference additional time based on the subcarrier interval and the frequency range.
