Abstract
One embodiment provides a method, the method including: obtaining, at a communication mapping system, a recorded communication occurring between at least two participants; tracking, using the communication mapping system, when a participant of the at least two participants is communicating; identifying, using the communication mapping system and while the participant is communicating, at least one topic of the recorded communication, wherein the identifying comprises tracking a time within the communication corresponding to the at least one topic; and producing, from the tracking and the at least one topic, a map for the recorded communication, wherein the map identifies topics of the recorded communication, times within the recorded communication corresponding to the topics, and times within the recorded communication corresponding to a participant communicating.
