A compound of the formula where R, R, R, R, R, R, and Rare as defined in the specification and claims, or an enantiomer, stereoisomer or diastereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the use thereof in the treatment of diseases, disorders, syndromes and conditions responsive to modulation of a melanocortin receptor.
