Abstract
Two workpiecesare joined by means of ultrasound. First, a workpiecewith at least one energy direction sensorand a second workpieceare provided. The workpieces are brought into contact with each other in such a way that the energy direction sensorcomes into contact with a first surfaceof the second workpiece.
