Abstract

A tray () for accommodating a coiled medical device, such as a catheter assembly (), includes a first compartment (), a second compartment (), and a third compartment (). The catheter assembly () and devices associated with a catheterization procedure, such as syringes () containing sterile water and lubricating jelly and a specimen container () can be disposed within the tray. Printed instructions () can be included with the tray (). One or more layers of wrap material () can be folded about the tray () to enclose the tray () and other items, such as an additional layer of wrap material (), packaged liquid hand sanitizer (), and packaged gloves (). When a health care services provider () unfolds the wrap material, the same can be used to create a sterile field beneath a patient ().
