A marine vessel () includes: a hull (); an electric propulsion portion () that propels the hull (); a water tank portion () that is provided on the hull () and is capable of storing water in the water tank portion; a float portion () that is provided within the water tank portion () so as to be movable upward and downward; and a battery case () that is attached to the float portion () and is capable of storing a detachable portable battery () which becomes an electric power source of the electric propulsion portion () in the battery case.
