Abstract
A control apparatus includes: a movement information acquisition unit configured to acquire information indicating a usage period of a mobile object and a movement distance or a destination of the object to be ensured within the usage period; and a restriction unit configured to restrict a power amount from a battery included in the object to an outside of the object so as to ensure that the object can move the movement distance or move to the destination within the usage period.
