Abstract
A mobility detection method and apparatus, and a computer device are disclosed. The method includes: using a predetermined consecutive picture frames as an adjustment group, and setting a detection frame and an adjustment frame; extending a frame idle time of the detection frame, so that the frame idle time of the detection frame is correspondingly reduced; and performing mobility detection during the frame idle time of the detection frame. In this way, the current problem that the frame idle time does not satisfy the time required for the mobility detection when the frame rate is excessively high is resolved.
