Abstract
The present invention provides a GM-CSF-producing T-cell control agent comprising a glycolipid compound represented by the following formula (I) or a salt thereof as an active ingredient: wherein Rrepresents an aldopyranose residue, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group, Rrepresents —CH—, —CH(OH)—CH—, or —CH═CH—, Rrepresents a hydrogen atom or CH, x is 0 to 35, and y and z each represent an integer that satisfies y+z=0 to 3.
