Abstract
An aqueous of pre-crosslinked organopolysiloxanes and process for producing the same. Additionally, the sum of k1+k2 is ≥1, the that at least one radical Zor Zis a hydroxyl or NHRgroup, preferably a hydroxyl group, and so the bridging group Y contains at least one hydroxyl or NHRgroup, preferably at least one hydroxyl group.
