Abstract
A display panel () and a display apparatus () having the same. The display panel () is provided with a preset area (), a transmitting sensor () and a receiving sensor () of a time-of-flight device () are adapted to be provided on a non-display side of the preset area (), and light emitted from the transmitting sensor () is adapted to be transmitted from the preset area () to a display side of the display panel (), and be reflected by a to-be-detected object on the display side back to a non-display side of the display panel (), so as to be received by the receiving sensor (). The display panel () includes a substrate layer (), an organic light-emitting device layer (), and an anti-reflection layer (), where the organic light-emitting device layer () is provided on a display side of the substrate layer (); and the anti-reflection layer () includes one or more layers and is provided between the substrate layer () and the organic light-emitting device layer (), and at least part of the anti-reflection layer () is disposed opposite to the preset area () in a thickness direction of the display panel ().
