Abstract
Provided are a vision sensor and an image processing device including the vision sensor. The vision sensor includes a pixel array including a plurality of pixels each including a photoelectric conversion device, which is configured to generate an optical current, a read-out circuit configured to generate intensity image data based on a magnitude of a voltage converted from the optical current, and a data output logic configured to generate event data based on a variation amount in the voltage converted from the optical current.
