Abstract
The invention relates to a closure element () for a ball joint () with a first component () made of metal and with a second component () made of a plastic material, where the second component () is designed as a first bearing component () of a two-part slide bearing () for the ball joint (). To enable high functionality and as economical a production cost as possible, the closure element () is characterized in that the first component () has a cylindrical inner circumferential surface () and a cylindrical outer circumferential surface () of the second component () is arranged on the said inner circumferential surface () in an interlocked, frictionally fixed and/or material-bonded manner.
