Abstract

The present invention relates to a crystal form of a polycyclic anaplastic lymphoma kinase inhibitor and a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystal form, and use of the crystal form or the pharmaceutical composition. Specifically, the present invention relates to a crystal form of a compound, i.e., 5-chloro-N-(2-(isopropylsulfonyl)phenyl)-N-(7-methyl-8-(piperidin-4-yl)-2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-5-yl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine, that is represented by formula (1) and serves as an anaplastic lymphoma kinase inhibitor, a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition comprising the crystal form, and the use of the crystal form or the pharmaceutical composition in a medication for preventing and/or treating an anaplastic lymphoma kinase-mediated cancer or a non-cancer related disease.
