Abstract
This disclosure relates to methods for determining pH and also calcium (Ca) concentration or chloride (Cl) concentration in biological samples. More particularly, this disclosure relates to methods capable of simultaneously determining pH and Caconcentration, or pH and Clconcentration using nucleic acid complexes.
