A fluorine-containing pyrimidine compound represented by formula (1), (2) or (3) is provided: wherein in formulae (1) to (3), R represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, X and Y each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, —CF, a nitro group, a boronic acid group, -OA, —SOA, -NAA, —COOAor —CONAA, Z represents CW or N, W represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, —CF, a nitro group, a boronic acid group, —OA, —SOA, —NAA, —COOAor —CONAA, n is an integer of 1 to 10 and m is an integer of 0 to 3, and Aand Aeach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms.
