Abstract
A display panel and a display terminal are disclosed. The display panel includes: a light-shading layer including a plurality of first openings corresponding to a plurality of luminescent components; a light-concentrating layer at least partly disposed on the light-shading layer and including a plurality of second openings corresponding to and overlapping the first openings; and a color resist layer at least filling the second openings. The light-concentrating layer at least covers a lateral wall of the light-shading layer in the first openings. A refractivity of the light-concentrating layer is less than a refractivity of the color resist layer. Therefore, power consumption of the display panel is reduced.
