Abstract
Provided are an uplink transmission sending method and device, an uplink transmission receiving method and device, a terminal, a service node, and a medium. The method includes: determining a sending mechanism of an uplink transmission according to an uplink transmit mode in the case of multiple carriers; and sending the uplink transmission according to the sending mechanism.
