Abstract
Provided are a measurement reporting method, a positioning measurement device, and a location management function (LMF). The method includes receiving a positioning measurement reporting request message sent by a location management function (LMF); and reporting at least one positioning measurement value to the LMF on the basis of the positioning measurement reporting request message, and the at least one positioning measurement value includes at least one carrier phase measurement value. By means of the embodiments of the present application, the reporting of a carrier phase measurement value is realized, carrier phase positioning is supported, and the positioning precision is improved.
