Abstract
A user equipment which is applied to sidelink communication and includes: a memory, a processor and a program which is stored in the memory and executable on the processor. The program, when executed by the processor, causes the user equipment to perform: determining an occupation situation of a transmission resource corresponding to a current time; and in a case that the transmission resource is not occupied, adjusting a value of a counter. The counter is applied to resource assignment.
