Abstract
The present disclosure relates to the field of air conditioners, and in particular to an air conditioning outdoor unit and an air conditioner therewith. The present disclosure provides an air conditioning outdoor unit, including: a case, where an air outlet is provided at a top of the case, and a compressor assembly is provided at a bottom of the case; a wind turbine, where the wind turbine is arranged at the top of the case and is located at a position of the air outlet; and an electronic control box, where the electronic control box is arranged at the case, and a distance between a bottom of the electronic control box and the bottom of the case is Z, Z≥0.8×h, h being a height of the compressor assembly.
