The embodiment of the application provides a measurement reporting method, a measurement reporting device and a positioning server, and the method includes the following steps: receiving a positioning measurement report request message sent by a positioning server; reporting positioning measurement related information based on the positioning measurement report request message, and the positioning measurement related information includes any one of the following items: a positioning measurement value and line-of-sight information corresponding to the positioning measurement value, a positioning measurement value satisfying line-of-sight requirements, or a positioning measurement value satisfying line-of-sight requirements and line-of-sight information corresponding to the positioning measurement value. The embodiment of the application ensures the accuracy for positioning.
