Abstract
Provided is a glass fiber, which achieves both of a low spinning temperature, and a low dielectric constant and a low dielectric loss tangent. The glass fiber includes as a glass composition, in terms of mass %, 40% to 80% of SiO, 0% to 20% of AlO, and 10% to 30% of BO, includes at least one kind selected from MgO, CaO, SrO, BaO, LiO, NaO, KO, ZrO, FeO, SnO, F, and Cl, has a total content of MoO, CrO, Pt, and Rh of from 0.01 ppm to 500 ppm, and has a value of TiO(mass %)×MoO(ppm) of 3,100 or less.
