Abstract
An example operation includes determining, by a first vehicle, that an outage of an electrical grid exists at a location in an area, wherein the first vehicle is coupled to the electrical grid through a charging station at the location; and requesting, by the first vehicle, for a second vehicle to provide electricity to the location, wherein the second vehicle is in motion in the area.
