Abstract

Devices and methods for assisting a patient with recovery from dysphagia are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the device comprises a catheter with sections whose curvatures correspond to curves between external nares of the patient and a nasal cavity and between the nasal cavity and a nasopharynx. The device may further include an electrode at a distal portion of the catheter and configured to deliver stimulation energy to nearby tissue.
