Abstract

Various methods and systems are provided for medical imaging. In one embodiment, a method for a C-arm imaging system, comprises during an interventional procedure involving a medical device inserted within a segment of interest (SOI), angulating a C-arm of the C-arm imaging device based on a geometry of the SOI and a location of an extremity of the medical device.
