Abstract

A biocompatible and/or food-safe tube assembly () is used to connect at least three tube connectors (A, B, C). A first tube section () serves to connect two (A, B) of the at least three tube connectors (A, B, C). A sec-ond tube section () opens into the first tube section () via an orifice () in a casing wall () of the first tube section (). An orifice sealing body () delimits the orifice () to the inner lumen of the first tube section () and to the inner lumen of the second tube section (). The first tube sec-tionand the second tube sectionare molded onto the orifice sealing body. A core () is used for this purpose. The result is a biocompatible and/or food-safe tube assembly that avoids manufacturing problems.
