Abstract
A method for wireless communication, a terminal device, and a network device are provided. The method includes the following. A terminal device determines a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource, where the PUCCH resource is used for transmitting first uplink control information (UCI) and second UCI, and a priority of the first UCI is different from a priority of the second UCI. The terminal device determines a first number of physical resource blocks (PRB) according to a total number of bits of the first UCI, a total number of bits of the second UCI, a first maximum coding rate corresponding to the first UCI, and a second maximum coding rate corresponding to the second UCI, where the first number of PRBs is less than or equal to a number of PRBs Min the PUCCH resource. The terminal device transmits target UCI according to the first number of PRBs.
