Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for combining an IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4G system, and a system therefor. The present disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail businesses, security and safety-related services, and the like) on the basis of 5G communication technologies and IoT-related technologies. The present disclosure relates to a method of a terminal in a communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving carrier aggregation configuration information from a base station; receiving offset information for a frame boundary between a first cell and a second cell from the base station; receiving, from the base station, control information including time domain resource allocation information indicating an interval between a slot in which data scheduled by the control information transmitted or received and a slot in which the control information is received into the first cell; identifying an index of the slot in which the data is transmitted or received, on the basis of the offset information and the time domain resource allocation information; and transmitting the data to or receiving the data from the base station on the second cell in the slot of the identified index.
