Abstract
A shoeincludes a twist allowance partand a medial reinforcement member(bend restraining part). The twist allowance partis provided in a medial part of a midfoot portion in a shoe soleserving as a bottom portion and allows medial twisting of the heel side with respect to the toe side. The medial reinforcement memberis disposed on the twist allowance partand restrains upward bending of the heel side in the medial part.
