Abstract
An image capturing apparatus includes a first line-of-sight detector configured to capture a first eyeball image as a left eyeball image and detect a first line of sight based on the first eyeball image at a first cycle, and a second line-of-sight detector configured to capture a second eyeball image as a right eyeball image and detect a second line of sight based on the second eyeball image at the first cycle. A timing of starting to capture the first eyeball image and a timing of starting to capture the second eyeball image are different from each other.
