Abstract
An object of this invention is to reduce the size of a filter device. Provided is a filter device () including: a substrate () including a first main surface and a second main surface (); strip-shaped conductors (to) provided to the first main surface (); and a ground conductor layer () provided at least to the second main surface (), the second main surface () having a recessed portion () provided for each strip-shaped conductor (), the recessed portion () overlapping the strip-shaped conductor () in plan view and having a surface covered with the ground conductor layer ().
